- Before deciding to participate in the Forex market, the investor/the user should carefully consider my investment objectives and risk appetite. The user may consider there may be losses in my account. There is considerable exposure to risk in any off-exchange foreign exchange transaction, including, but not limited to, leverage, market volatility that may substantially affect the price or liquidity of currencies.

-  The user understand and accept that past performances are not indicative of future results. The user understands -because of the available equity of my account- the performance may not be exactly the same as it is published on www.earnpip.com

- The user is informed about that starting and stopping the copying system at anytime is my personal decision therefore the user have the full  authority to continue or quit the copying system.

- The user is informed about and give my consent to that Earnpip has the right to get rebate from user's trading spread from the Broker directly.

- Earnpip have the right to stop servicing without doing any beforehand announcements if it assumes or detects an abuse of its service by the user.
